The executive chairman of Emohua local government council, Dr. Chidi Lloyd has approved the constitution of a new community development committee/ Ogbakor Omudioga for Omudioga community in Emohua local government area, to pilot the affairs of the community for a renewable period of three months.
Members of the committee are:
1. Engr. John Didia — Chairman
2. Mr. Emmanuel Chinyere Ihuanne — Secretary
3.Mr Prophet Gabriel Worlu — Member
4. Engr. Samuel Amadi — Member
5. Mr. Humphrey Ndalu — Member
6. Mr. Eric Anokuru — Member
7. Mr. Vincent Chima — Member
The appointment of the new committee followed the expiration of the tenure of the immediate past administration in the community.
The council chairman commends the immediate past chairman, Mr. Emmanuel Akpelu and members of the defunct committee for their efforts at maintaining peace and security in Omudioga community during their tenure.
The newly appointment committee is therefore directed to collaborate with other relevant stakeholders and security agencies to sustain the already existing peace and security in the community.
The appointment of the new committee takes immediate effect.
